Orange Grove Return Policy
Request return authorization via email at sales@orangegrovefashion.com
You can return any non-final sale items to Orange Grove within 30 days of the return authorization date provided via email. Your return authorization request must be within 30 days after delivery and accompanied by the original receipt/invoice. Damaged returns will not be accepted. Please use the order number on the packing slip when returning items.
Items must be returned in original new condition with no signs of wear. Customers will receive an email confirmation within 3 days of Orange Grove accepting the return along with a postmark deadline.
Exchanges: Store credit is awarded to customers returning merchandise which allows one to repurchase a different size, color, etc. Discount or coupon codes may not be used on exchanges.
Q: How do I receive my refund?
A: A store credit will be issued for all returns. Refunds are not available
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orange Grove will cover return shipping fees in the event of an error or wrong item shipped.
